And there's no question that's too embarrassing to ask; we have heard and answered all of them! If we don't know the answer, we'll ask breast surgery specialist Dr. Eisenberg.

Nan, Patient Coordinator, will greet you with a smile when you sign in at the front desk. She is often the first person you'll speak to on the phone when you call to schedule a free breast surgery consultation. Her picture is on the Contact button.
Eileen, Financial and Surgical Coordinator, is primarily involved with scheduling your breast surgery and providing you with preoperative information and assistance with financial matters. She might also speak to you initially on the phone.
Sharon, Facility Coordinator and Patient Facilitator, is responsible for keeping the office comfortable and well-supplied. She's in charge of our books of pre- and post-operative breast surgery photographs, making sure they are organized and easy to view.
Gerry, Patient Facilitator, will most likely be in the room with you during your examination to be sure that you are comfortable. She might be the one to call you pre- and post-operatively to confirm your appointments as well.
Pat, Accounting Coordinator, is responsible for financial matters, including implant warranties and payments to the hospital and anesthesia department. She also fills in on the phones.
