Cosmetic surgery procedures, such as breast augmentation and breast lifts, are considered “elective” surgeries and are not covered by health insurance. For these procedures, we require payment in advance. The staff will discuss payment options with you; these include cash, checks, money orders, direct wire deposits, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard and Discover), and third-party financing.

Breast reduction surgery may be covered by medical insurance if the insurance company deems it medically necessary. After your consultation, Dr. Eisenberg will send photographs and a predetermination letter to the medical director of your insurance company, who will then decide whether or not you meet their criteria.
